FUTURE LEADERS HANGOUT 2018; An initiative of Offa Youths Awakening Mission

Venue: Offa Descendants Union (ODU) Hall, Offa Town
The event was honoured by Offa dignitaries home based and diaspora. Present at the first edition of Future Leaders Hangout is The Monarch, Grand Commander-in-Chief of Ibolo Kingdom, the standing representation of Olofa Gangan, His Royal Majesty, Oba Muftaudeen Gbadamosi Okikiola Ajagungbade I Esuwoye II. The Monarch delivered an inspiring speech and appreciated Offa youths for the initiative. Oba Esuwoye II also encouraged the youths to take moral values of Offa important and be more supportive to community development services. He also assured the group his support. Also at the event is the National President Offa Descendants Union, President NURTW, Deputy President Nigerian Labour Congress NLC) the Makama of Gusau, Alhaji Najeemdeen Usman Yaasin, The General Secretory, Offa Descendants Union, Chief Mrs Wosilat Atinuke McCarthy.
Other dignitaries at Future Leaders Hangout 2018 is The Pioneer Vice Chancellor, Fountain University, Oshogbo who is the current (pioneer) Vice Chancellor Summit University, Offa, Professor Hussein Oloyede, as the Chairman of the event, Professor Abdulmajeed Tunji Ijaya, Deen Students Affairs, Federal University of Technology Minna, and the Nigeria Youths Ambassador to China, Amb Ahmmad Gegele, The Chairman Offa Descendants Union, Abuja (Central) Branch, Alhaji Musliyu Lawal were the special guests of honour.
Another worth mentioning dignitaries is Mr Olabooye Olayemi (Itafa) the National PRO Offa Descendants Union. Mr Itafa was the Lecture Appraiser of the day. The ODU PRO obviously did justice to all lectures delivered.
Mr Nasir Abdulquodri, the CEO of D-Positive Image Consult was the first speaker of the day. Mr. Nasir delivered lecture on the "role of Youths in Nation building". The second speaker was Mr Omoniyi Salami who delivered on "Nigeria Youths, Entrepreneurial Phobia and possible solutions". The last speaker who delivered his lecture live through internet via his Facebook wall is Mr Suraj Tunji Oyewale (Jarus) the CEO/Editor-in-Chief of JarusHub.com. Mr Jarus delivered lecture on "State of employment in Nigeria and available opportunities".
The event was anchored by Mr Bashir Ibitoye, the PRO of Summit University, Offa while DJ Islak was holding the sound instrument.
The Chief Convener of Offa Youths Awakening Mission, Ordinary Tayo Tijani in his vote of thank on behalf of entire Conveners, gave all praise and adoration to the Almighty God, the sustainer of life, the Lord of the University and doer of all things. He expressed profound gratitude to the Monarch, Oba Esuwoye II, the Ólófa of Offa, the National President ODU, Alhaji Usman Najeemdeen Yaasin, The General Secretary, ODU, Chief Mrs Wosilat T. McCarthy, National PRO Mr Olabooye Olayemi Itafa, Prof. Hussein Oloyede, Prof. Abdulmajeed Tunji Ijaya, Alhaji Musliyudeen Lawal. Mr Tayo also extended appreciation to Amb Gegele Ahmed, Mr Atoyebi Bashir, Nasir Abdulquodri, Omoniyi Salami, Suraj Tunji Oyewale.
