BETWEEN A SICKING CAT AND HEALTHY RATS

The house that have been robbed by thieving rats for a very long time eventually get a cat that is willing and ready to combat and kill all the rats, but it's quite unfortunate that along the line the cat get injured and traveled for treatment abroad.

While the cat was away, the defeating rats, the caged as well as the relegated ones took over the leadership and resumed back to the house.

The biggest mistake made by the  cat was the appointment of Mice,  Squirrels and Porcupines as its Ministers, advisers and adjuvants.

We must not forget that the rats and the appointed mice, squirrels and beavers belongs to the same family of rodents and that made it easy for them to come together as one in the absent of the Cat to continue their thieving and corrupt acts.

Their plan was for the cat to die abroad and took over from it indefatigable vice, but Men are not God, the cat is back alive.

It's quite unfortunate that the cat can not resume to its office because of the damage being done by the rats and it's rodent families employed by the cat itself. What a pity.

My question  is "is it better or not having a cat not fit enough to secure our bread than having healthy and fit rats for the same position?".
