You Are Ingrates, Senator Shaaba Tells Kwarans

The senator representing kwara north senatorial district, Senator Muhammed Lafiagi, has responded to a post on www.themedia.com.ng, by calling the community members of lafiagi ingrates.

In February, 2017, The Media, reported the total allocation to kwara state and the dilapidated township roads of Senator Muhammed Shaaba Lafiagi
In the mean time, the senator responded to the recent report on the poor construction of kuchita area, Edu LGA, lafiagi, that the community members are not grateful and that they do not fear God.

Muhammed Shaaba told the Media editor, Usman Haruna in a telephone conversation that, “even though they told you that the construction is badly constructed, cant you tell them that it is the responsibility of the government? The government did not do it, someone did it, you still complain, why are you people behaving like this for the sake of prophet Muhammed? Ehn? Why are you engaging in this kind of behavior?”
“People have served as senators, they have served as house of representative members, and they didn’t do for you, the person that did, you are complaining about it. Why are
you behaving like this? This does not constitute to fearing of God”.

When interrupted by The Media Editor, that he called him just to balance the story, he responded by saying, “which journalist are you? Whatever journalist you are, don’t you fear God? As a journalist, they are able to bring something to your locality; don’t you know what is right from what is wrong? Is this the kind of scenario you like?”

“Or when they did for Bindofu (a neighboring community), why don't  they complain? All these do not constitute to fear of God at all”. Shaaba concluded.
